I rewrote the blueprint multiple times to create a single part, and after a daunting trial-and-error process, I finally arrived at the ideal form. The craftsman's spirit did not allow for compromise. Mastermade Model Specifications
Soldard Tonehall
The master-made model is characterized by a soldered specification and a heavy sound with a core. It is integrated with exquisite technology, and the way the sound is transmitted and the response are excellent. Subtle tuning with undercuts that drones cannot do is also possible.
Complete Knock Pinless Key System
The knock pin has been removed. The bridge structure and screw fastening create a more elegant design. With no shaft holes, strength is increased.

Original Key Cup & Snap
To maximize the performance of the traditional tampo, the cup is designed to fit it perfectly. It balances natural feel with firm stability. The snap ring keeps the tampo steady, while the rounded inner shape of the covered cup allows smooth sealing without extra pressure. This original design achieves ideal acoustic performance.

The seam tube is the origin of flute making.Masters took on the challenge of an advanced technology called "co-attachment type" in which a tube body made by winding a board and welded with exactly the same material, and succeeded in developing a novel seam tube.Authentic style and elegance born from carefully selected materials of gold and silver.The deep resonance, sound quality, response, and expressiveness of the Solded Tonehole are unparalleled.In addition, it is full of different possibilities, such as the sound flies farther and the density of the sound is finer.

Rolled and seamed
There are two types of flute processing: rolled and seam.In the rolling type, the molten alloy is shaped into a large donut shape (about 50 cm in diameter) and the pipe is pulled many times until a diameter of less than 20 mm while applying high heat through the core.This method can obtain a large number of pipes with stable quality at a low cost, but the metal structure is in a state where the particles are torn off by repeated unreasonable processing.On the other hand, the seam type is a method of welding the seams by winding the plate into a circle, so a high-quality pipe can be obtained after a few pipe pulls, and the metal structure remains relatively natural.
Brazing and co-attachingSeam pipe joining is available in brazing and co-joining types.
Unlike the brazing type, which uses a different welding material from the base metal, the co-attachment type is welded with the same material as the base metal.Since they are fused together with the same material, they have a good balance and are excellent in terms of strength and sound.However, co-processing of precious metals is very difficult and is rarely done.Masters focuses on this processing method that was used in the past.We dared to challenge difficult technologies and succeeded in developing a completely new seam tube.The new seam tube series is the crystallization of Masters technology. It is a confident work.
